Doing Call Center Services?

I have heard from some of my friends that working in a call center services is absolutely a good way to earn money as well as to enhance their ability to speak English and to treat others patiently. So, I thought this is probably a good job since it will help me to enhance my English speaking as well as to develop my integrity on how to interact with others as well as to deal with matters related to a lot of things, but I thought, will I have enough patience and courage to do so? Well, I don’t know and I’m not that sure.

Now, I am just thinking about it and not sure enough if I can able to do this type of job, but I am proud that some of my friends could able to do this.
