Well, when it comes to brand loyalty. I'm one of them. I mostly buy some clothing, or even kitchen stuff on brands that I already used before. Brand loyalty might happened once you've tried the product. But sometimes, due to high gas prices and financial difficulties, I intend to just buy the cheaper ones. But sometimes, it's a disappointment in the sense that the product doesn't work. So, most of the time, I just stick with the product brand that I used and I've tried to use. In which, I could find satisfaction.
