Though, the result is normal but still I need to lose some weight. I need to get rid some of my belly fats from pregnancy, some excess fats on my arms, chest and thigh. Yes! I was working out now. And I've been on my 3rd day now! I hope it will be faster than 4 to 5 months, though. But, also dieting, drinking water and tea might be a great help. Well, still working on it!!!! :) I just need more PATIENCE!
