Maruya (Sweet Potatoe) Que

I was blog hopping to some of my friends blog a couple of days ago wherein some of them were posting of how they missed the "Maruya" or Banana, Camote Ques, it is a Filipino snack where the banana and sweet potatoes (kamote in Visaya) are on the stick, cooked with caramelized brown sugar in a hot oil. And so, I was thinking about buying some sweet potatoes and just last night, hubby decided to go to a store to buy something and so I asked him to buy me some sweet potatoes, I wanted some Banana but he couldn't find the one I wanted, the one which was intended for making Banana que, well, anyway, just today, I decided to cook the Sweet potatoes and it turned out so delicious! I couldn't wait to eat some since I am here for a while in front of the computer, catching some big fish on this blogging world. Well, but I guess, it will happen later, since mostly ops popped out later today every Saturday. Well, just hoping you enjoy the rest of the weekend guys! Have a nice day ahead!
