Fish, Fish for Dinner

Recently, my husband and I were decided to at least once or twice a week, we can have some fish meat. Since, I got here in US, I seldom enough to eat fish meat because of the different taste of their fish here in US. Since in the Philippines, the fish were fresh (since those fishermen will go fishing by dawn and will sell it on the same morning) And so you can be rest assured with fresh caught fish, plus, it is more cheaper over there, too, unlike here, the fish meat were so expensive, and then, it was washed away, it is not even tasty anymore. Well, probably, it is not the same with all other states but as what my husband said, they were all came from the fresh water, unlike, in the Philippines, the fish were caught from a salty ocean water. Do you know that salt can make food even tastier and more delicious? Well, I guess, I just missed salty, fresh meat back home. Well, I will be having a Perch Fillet and Salmon for dinner tonight. I really wanted some Florida grouper but the meat is so expensive! So as of now, we're just having some of perch fillet and salmon steak. It is more better than nothing, right? Well, still going to enjoy it!
